I wanted more Waffles and now I got more with Inspector Waffles – Early Days being Game of the Month on the Evercade. It’s been a while since I last played on the Evercade. But I was busy doing other things, like playing Tristam Island on my Amiga.

Since last time, I explored the whole village and now I’m inside the White House. All without any hints. I’m proud of myself! I didn’t get here in one sitting though. I played it for an hour here and there in the last week or so. And I had some ideas about what to try next standing under the shower or riding my bike. It’s funny how you sometimes suddenly get struck with an idea with these types of games. They get into your head.

I did struggle a little bit with the parser though. It’s sometimes difficult to move from one place to the other, but that difficulty didn’t occur many times. I notice that these games also cannot hold my attention for longer than and hour and a half in one sitting. I simply get sleepy. So it’s good to have other types of games on hand, especially on the same computer. And that game right now is Pjusk. I hadn’t played it for a while and now I’m at level 18 with code 6670.
