I’ve bought two physical PS4 games: Ratchet and Clank for my son and Dragon Age: Inquisition. It has always bothered me that I only got a digital version of DA:O. I also am giving it one more try. This is the third or fourth time that I’m playing it. Earlier, I’ve given up because some things annoyed me too much. Examples of things that annoy me are:

• No first person view.
• No option to automatically center the camera on the selected character.
• Most graphics are too shiny.
• No healing spells. This was a thing that I’ve enjoyed in Dragon Age Origins.
• Collectathon. Why does the leader of the Inquisition has to gather herbs?

I’m still enjoying it twenty hours in. I choose the Templars after previously going for the mages. I’ts refreshing that this choice results in a different quest involving Red Lyrium, although I found the Mages quest a bit better.

I’m playing a two-handed DPS Qunari and I choose Blackwall, Sera and Vivienne as my main companions. Some of the banter is quite amusing.
