My first Debug Magazine

Issue 15 of Debug Magazine contains almost 100 pages with previews, reviews, articles and reports of independent games and the scene. This is my first issue and I’m very impressed with the quality of the contents as well as the magazine itself. It’s colorful, yet easy to read, has nice sturdy pages and a fun layout. I’m discovering lots about what’s going on in the indie scene.

My only gripe is that most articles are quite short. The cover story gets six pages and is a fun read – it’s what led me to the purchase of this issue – and another game is given the same attention, but I would like to see more (p)reviews with more text than half a page.

It’s refreshing to read a games magazine again that’s not only about the retro thing. My birthday is coming up and I think a subscription would be a nice present.
