Gaming time is precious as it is. I therefore didn’t feel like spending it on a sub par game.
I’m currently reading Caliban’s War and maybe therefore I’m more into sci-fi than fantasy right now. I gathered that if I wanted to play fantasy I could better be playing the Blood & Wine expansion to the Witcher III that I still haven’t finished..

So I bought The Outer Worlds and I played it for about two hours. My first impression is that its okay-ish. I doesn’t feel like it’s as cool as Fallout. The settlements feels a bit empty and people just stand there and don’t react when you bounce into them. Also the marauders all look exactly the same. I think it’s going to score somewhat below Fallout 4 and Horizon Zero Dawn. Hopefully above Dragon Age Inquisition.
