Reverse the y-axis on the Evercade Alpha?

I’ve had the Evercade Alpha for a few days now and have been playing on it on and off. I played through Final Fight with my son. Great fun. But I could see that my son was starting to cramp up after a while. I too have that experience when playing on it for more than fifteen minutes. I have it sitting on my desk and play on it while seated on a desk chair.

I still haven’t removed the leftover pieces of protective cover that’s sticking out between the control panel and the screen. I should probably remove the control panel to do that. Then I can also see what kind of restrictor gate is inside.

I also played the Namco carts and the first three arcade carts. Gaelco 1 is great. Alligator Hunt looks fun, but I can’t get into it, because I always reverse the y-axis. That’s usually the first thing I do when starting a new game, although that’s no longer necessary on PlayStation because that now has a system-wide default option for that. But although you can change the controls on the Evercade Alpha, you can’t reverse the y-axis.
